Nope play the PS 3 version.  And yes Mike is now playing Assassin's Creed 3.  Is it just me or is the feather in the tree a bit repetitive?

I beat The Walking Dead (T_T) and went onto El Shaddai, which my brother got me for Christmas.  The art style and graphics sure are a sight to behold.  I'm also still playing Virtue's Last Reward, though I constantly get stuck on its puzzles.  >_<

I got Journey recently, so I think I'm going to start that soon.

Whenever I've been working too hard on the boards, my husband has started to put me on Vagrant Story Break, which is what I might need to do in a few.

I've been playing Tales of Xillia 2. Even with my extreme lack of Japanese skills, the game is just amazing. Thankfully, the Tales of community is great when it comes to translation, so any time I get stuck I'm able to figure out what to do next. I truly, truly hope this game makes it overseas like its predecessor will be sometime this year.

I have started to terrify myself with how patient I am with League of Legends. This probably still means I'm not any good at it, though. I've just played with and against all bots.

Finished "Super Castlevania IV", and now I'm wondering what the Lords of Shadow haters may see in that game that LoS misses...

I'm short on new stuff to play and am having a hard time picking older games to replay.

But for today I've chosen to replay Uncharted 3 (Normal difficulty). Should be easily finished by the evening, although I have to get back into the gameplay mechanics a bit.
* Okay, make that "easily finished in 2 days"

I've spent most of my free time playing Persona 4 and I love it to pieces. dskljfdsf I've got at least 50 hours logged and I'm in November I believe.

Even with having played the PS2 version, I am so jealous of you right now, LadyTwi.

As for me, I bounce back and forth between Tales of Xillia 2 and Graces f.

I've been playing Dragon Quest IX. I love the gameplay, although I don't think the game is nearly as charming as VIII. It's a portable game though, so it's a lot of fun to play when I'm out.

I also just ordered Xenosaga I.II DS, importing it from Japan. I've been wanting to play this game for a long time now, so I'm looking forward to playing it. Being an import though, I'm expecting at least a couple of weeks for it to arrive, but I'll just occupy myself with other things until then.

Lately I've been in a "zone out and shoot stuff" kind of mood when I play games so I'm mostly playing Borderlands 2. I keep trying to get into Persona 4: Area but just can't get into the mood to pretty much watch a visual novel. I played the first 10 minutes of Sleeping Dogs 4 nights ago!!

I played a solid two hours of Xenoblade recently; haven't done that in a while. (Hah... I'm still on my first playthrough.) Apart from Xenoblade I've been trying out some rogue-likes and interactive fiction with variable success. Mostly because I spend most of my time on the computer.

For a brief stint (which was a long while back) I downloaded a Pokemon Emerald ROM and used cheats to have a really surreal playing experience. As in, wandering around without a Pokemon. Doing events out of order. That kind of stuff. It was strangely liberating. The best part is that the ROM didn't crash!

^I had that in mind because I fired up Soul Silver to have a look at where I was. Pre-Kanto.

I've been kinda lost after finishing all those Castlevanias: I played 1, 3, 4 and then the Saturn version of Symphony of the Night.

Now I was looking for a nice MMO and ended up downloading Tera Online, but DAMN, the quests in that game were so awful I had to uninstall it = /

Castlevania 3 is definitely my favorite of the NES games. I love playing as Grant.

Anyways, I've been playing Xenosaga DS, as well as the post-game of Dragon Quest IX. It's been especially nice playing on my DS since I've been out a lot lately.

I did like Castlevania III, but I prefer the first game. At least for me, all tthe flaws from those old Castlevanias were more prominent in Dracula's Curse than in Castlevania "One".
I didn't get to play as Grant yet, though... I only played through the game once so far, and I picked Alucard.

I love Alucard, but he's really lame in Castlevania III.  

Syphie (?) us also really fun to play as due to being a total boss destroyer.

Yeah, seeing Alucard in that game, having played Symphony of the Night first, was disappointing to say the least.
I still used him, but only to fly past the brain-meltingly [?] hard parts that nearly killed me in real life, hahahahah
Namely, some stairs, a corridor where the floor cracks and falls down while you're trying to fight the enemies, and a Tetris-like rain of blocks. But in combat? It's nearly impossible to use him = /
I don't know if Sypha is only useful for the bosses or if she's actually good for the rest of the game too, though

I'm traveling through the Elsa with KOS-MOS, MOMO, and Ziggy in Xenosaga DS, and I am really loving this game! The battle system, the music, everything! Even through the language barrier, I couldn't enjoy this game any more. It really reminds me why I love Xenosaga, and why I'm even here on a Xeno fansite in the first place.  

Currently in the middle of a Xenoblade playthrough.

I can't imagine why I dropped the game in the first place, because I want to play it all of the time now.  I've had Sharla in the party for a little while, and

in between bouts of feeling like crap and got my butt handed to me a few choice times.

^I'm also stuck, but at a later point. I like that this game lets you leave the boss area after not succeeding. There was one time I was very surprised the party was allowed to though because it broke the plot. (It's close to but past the point it swerves towards Mellia.) Too used to getting railroaded, I guess.

Just curious: I heard the guy doing the music is the same guy who worked on XS the Animation. Are there any shared motifs between them? I actually really liked the Animation's soundtrack (particularly the uplifting music they used during the final episode's conclusion -- that stuck with me), so I was wondering.

EDIT: Sorry -- wasn't asking for a detailed comparison or anything like that! Re-read this and sounds like it did. Wasn't thinking too clearly. Was just wondering if it (the music) had a similar feel to the music in the Animation.

Yeah, I'm still stuck at that point. I did better in my last fight before I went to bed yesterday, but he's determined to keep irritating me.

I'm just finishing up Persona 4 now, and I have Dangan Ronpa and Threads of Fate on the docket to play next. :3

Had an itch to dig up my copy of White Knight Chronicles and double-check whether my feelings about it sharing a lot of mechanics or features with Xenoblade held up or not. Almost immediately missed the ability to warp to landmarks and auto-attack. Had fun taking pictures with the crystal camera though, as painfully whimsical that is.
