I assume 'fonts' as in 'the way the letters are drawn on the screen'? As in Type New Roman font (for example)?

Well, I know the font for the subtitles in XSI was Arial Black, and a lot of the stuff from the later games used the Book and Medium versions of Futura. If you were talking about the actual title font, outside of a search on dafont, I don't have any leads. orz

Font I'd use to "remake" Missing Year to my wallpaper pic was "Britannic bold" for Xenosaga name and it was looking the same as official font. Ofcourse you need add gradients to match ep2 or ep3 colors

After looking around for a new logo font, I've found that Voyage Fantastique is pretty close:
