The girl who was doing commissions wasn't into doing canon costumes that fit my price range, so I just kind of went with what I thought was safe enough to not be considered a NSFW commission and sexy at the same time, a feather boa and some leather pants. |3 Because the Commander is a rock star.

Ohohohoho! Well, that's a good enough reason for me. (He totally is a rockstar. Agreed 100%. With his hit single: "Just Trash" and the follow-up album "No One Really Loves Me" feat. Sigurd Harcourt.)

If you search by yourself, you may find fanarts by other artists. It has some yaoi/slash, if it's your thing. I think the fanarts illustrate fanfictions but I can't read japanese so...

I wanted to share this WIP quickly before going to bed :

It's supposed to be Sophia... Disney style. Not perfect and still in progress but at least, it went better than my last animation. I'm mostly tracing here (yeah, "boo") but that's the point. Kinda like those japanese fanmade animation using opening from animes (or dance clips). I'm not good enough yet to do near identical Disney animations on my own also, ahah.

You get a cookie if you can guess which movie and which scene/character I used.

Nice! I was thinking about doing a traced animation for Ramsus, actually, but that will have to wait at least a year for me. Honestly, I think one of the best ways to learn animation is to trace. It looks great! :D She looks a little like either Kida from Atlantis or Esmerelda from Hunchback of Notre Dame. *w*

Xenogears fanarts get more and more rare, alas. Especially good ones. But once in a while, fans/artists produce really amazing stuff (finding really great dynamic fanarts for something when the fandom is small... it feels a bit like Christmas every single time... so good). PS, I'm trying to fix the rest of the posts in this thread.  It's slow-going, though, because they broke in a really annoying way.  But going through and seeing Dakkun's art and the one just posted makes me want to go home and work on my fic instead of being made to stay at work until 2100.  v_v;

I like this concept, really. It reminds me of the color script paintings that Pixar does in order to nail the mood of their movies.
