My mother's been in this hospital for a week, they still don't know what's wrong, they have gone through so many tests and treatments, they are barely helping her on the pain....and now, they want to freaking transfer her to another hospital that offers an uncommon procedure, but they still haven't found anyone in a neighboring state that can take her and we don't even know where she will be going or how long it will take or how long she'll be in the hospital and if they are wrong about what they think she has now, then this entire transfer will have been pointless.
I'm not even getting more than four hours of sleep at a time, I keep having nightmares, I keep hurting and getting headaches over and over again, even after I take meds to get rid of it--it just keeps coming back. I am so stressed and tired and I just want my mom to be able to come home, now. Better yet, my mom can't afford a helicopter trip up to wherever they are taking her so it looks like someone in the family is going to have to drive her up to wherever, so who knows how long that is going to take.
