Hey, just wanted to say hi to everyone. I'm a long time fan of Xeno and finally decided to hunt down a place to talk about it in the wake of the hype I'm feeling for Xenoblade X. Anyway, I hope my time here is as enduring and impactful as my experience with the games has been. Sorry if that came off as melodramatic, I'm not quite that serious, lol. Either way, pleasure to meet you all.

Hiya! Don't worry about sounding melodramatic, ha. In my welcome post, I rambled on and on about the significant personal effect Xeno had on my life for several paragraphs, from what I remember. So no worries there. Xeno is awesome enough to elicit those types of feelings.

Thank you guys, it's great to know my occasional ranting and rambling will be welcomed. Honestly, I'm just happy there are enough people to even have a site like this. Irl I only really know one other fan of the Xeno games and he's only really played Xenogears. Granted, I love it to death, but it does limit conversation quite a bit. lol Usually when I bring the games up, I get one of two reactions: "D'ya mean that one game you need popcorn to sit through?" or "What the hell is that?" and that's even if I bring up Xenoblade, which I was under the impression that it was fairly popular or at least well-known. Apparently not. lol

of course, as a note here, I still need to play Xenosaga Episode III because by the time I was looking for it, well...expensive semi-rare game plus my low income does not a good match make.

It's always rough when you don't have IRL friends to talk to about your favorite thing. I think Xenoblade started up fairly popular, but since it was rare, the fandom kinda shrank down before Shulk ended up in Smash Bros.

Here's hoping you get a copy of XSIII soon! It's really good! (Also do be careful of spoilers. We don't mark them too well around here. ^^

Yeah, that's about what I figured. I got into it too late, XP. And I do too! I love Episode 1, it's one of my favorite games all by itself. Episode II was...okay. I liked it's story a lot, but the gameplay was a huge step back from Ep I, in my opinion. Interesting battle system, though. And it's okay, spoilers don't bother me much. I usually enjoy the story all the same. X3
