Same here. The best thing is listening to music without lyrics. Movie/TV or video game soundtracks have plenty of that (just avoid musicals). I'm in the middle of writing too atm. I thought I already knew how to end the story and now, stuff changed and I'm a bit stucked. I'm kinda afraid to be either too crual or not enough realistic/too saccharine. And I feel like my character has more stuff happening to her than her making the plot advance. And my biggest fear is not being able to convey my stories in a clear way. This is the first time I try to write a short story *except for the stuff I wrote for school a long time ago* to be honest. It's like a necessary, kinda hard but interesting exercise to me. That's the only way I can even hope to handle on paper/screen the bigger stories stored inside my head one day."
