Mega bump incoming!
So I finished compiling this script a couple years ago and submitted it to GameFAQs in text form.
Now, more recently, I'm revising it and converting it into an HTML format. On the previous version, I never actually made use of the chapter titles that Gwendal went to so much trouble translating for me. At the time, I wasn't really comfortable with the fact they turned out to be character quotes than true blue titles. That and I couldn't really find exact quotes for a few of the chapters.
Now that I'm revising it (and am a little bit more versatile with YouTube and searching for stuff in general), I compared a Japanese Xenoblade LP with the English counterpart in another tab and can now present all 18 chapter titles/quotes (including the prologue). Mega thanks again to Gwendal, because if it weren't for your literal translations, I wouldn't have had a starting place!
All that aside, here are the definitive chapter titles, in case anyone is curious:
Prologue
"But staying gives us the chance to change our destinies."
(Dunban to Dickson and Mumkhar during the Battle of Sword Valley, on his reason for disobeying the order to withdraw to Colony 6)
Chapter 1
"I made something really special today."
(Fiora to Dunban about the meal she's made for both him and Shulk)
Chapter 2
"Now it's our turn to repay them!"
(Reyn to Fiora during the Mechon attack on Colony 9 about why he and Shulk have to fight and protect her)
Chapter 3
"The Monado will grow with you."
(Alvis to Shulk during Shulk's first dream in Tephra Cave)
Chapter 4
"Actually, we're heading there [to Colony 6] ourselves."
(Shulk to Sharla after Juju leads him and Reyn to the Refugee Camp)
(Interestingly, in the Japanese version, Colony 6 is explicitly mentioned in this line, whereas in the English localization Shulk simply says they're going "there.")
Chapter 5
"Just make sure you get out of here alive!"
(Sharla to Gadolt during the flashback when they're still in Colony 6 together)
Chapter 6
"He's gonna pay for what he did to Fiora."
(Reyn talking about Metal Face before the party leave for Satorl Marsh)
(This is also the only chapter title taken from a dialogue scene instead of an event scene.)
Chapter 7
"Meet this year's legendary Heropon, Riki!"
(Riki introducing himself to the party in Frontier Village)
Chapter 8
"Melia Antiqua!"
(Emperor Sorean announcing Melia as his successor to all of Alcamoth)
Chapter 9
"I am Zanza."
(Zanza introducing himself to the party at Prison Island)

"Leader of Mechonis and agent of Meyneth."
(Egil introducing himself from inside Yaldabaoth to the party on Valak Mountain)
Chapter 11
"Can ya kill 'em all?"
(Mumkhar to Shulk and the party after his Face reinforcements arrive at Sword Valley)

"Welcome back, Fiora."
(Shulk during his reunion with Fiora on the Fallen Arm)
