What are you watching now?

On SalutHurricane's recommendation, I started watching Saint Seiya Omega. It's pretty cool! :>

I don't usually go in for the big-eyed-kids style, but I make exceptions for things that impress me. (I guess XSI would also fall into that category. ^^)

I'm stupid about Umakoshi I don't understand it >__>

Still trucking through the latest Saint Seiya Omega episodes. Sometimes I want to punch Toei's writers for making one brilliant episode and then following up with a dumb one. GAHHH WHY YOU NO BE CONSISTENT, SHOW.

Also I've started rewatching Berserk since the last Golden Age movie came out and the original show is just so mantacular. I'm kind of tempted to start Hokuto no Ken because of the similarities. XD

I'm on Episode 11 of Saint Seiya Omega. I like it so far, but I'm kind of peeved that they seem to have this design standard that goes by ugly==evil, but that's the only complaint I really have. I just wish all the characters weren't so young. *A*

Still trucking with SSOmega and tossed in some Firefly to comfort myself during some bad times. I'm thinking of re-rolling Pushing Daisies. I need a good laugh or ten ;^;

Now rolling BBC's Sherlock . It is so crazy. Though I think I need a new cartoon in my life but I don't know what to watch. Does anyone know if Gundam Unicorn is any good?

I think I'm now at Episode 20-ish of SSO. I really like the art style a lot. It's starting to unconsciously seep into my own work. XD

I'm on episode 3 of Motorcity and I am IN LOVE with the animation and style. Robert Valley is so cool.

Oh man, Motor City is amazing! :D I want to draw like Robert Valley when I grow up. *u*

I've been obsessed with Kamen Rider recently. I just finished watching Kiva (that ending...wtf???), so now I'm a bit sad. Next, I plan to watch Kamen Rider W.

Just finished watching Crest of the Stars. Liked it quite a lot, don't know why I put off watching it. While it's fresh in my mind I figured it wouldn't be a bad idea to hunt down the Chinese translation of the novels and try to decipher them, because I've been wanting to get back into practise.

ADVENTURE TIME.

Gundam Unicorn! ...Ok, it's true, I'm watching it because I want to see a robot unicorn. It does look pretty sweet though. The last one I watched from beginning to end was SEED and I only saw part of 00.

I've started watching Baccano. It's actually really good! I'm enjoying it a lot more than I expected to. Being a huge fan of criminal organization shows like The Sopranos or Boardwalk Empire, I wasn't really expecting an anime series to convey a similar feel nearly as good.

Jerami and I have been watching a lot of Metalocalypse recently.

Just starting Attack on Titan/Shingeki no Kyoujin. It looks pretty cool and the opening is SOLID. I'm not sure if it's good enough for me to re-subscribe to Crunchyroll...

^I've also been watching Attack on Titan, but I've just been watching it for free on Hulu. Sure, there's ads everywhere, but eh.

I've also been watching Psycho-Pass and Game of Thrones season 3.

I've never been able to sign in with an account on Crunchyroll for some reason. The ads aren't that bad, though. I'm on Episode 10 of Madoka and oh man, my feels are not ready.

Yeah okay, watching the end of Madoka at work probably wasn't the smartest thing to do. Now people are seeing me cry. ^^;

That show is pure feels. It gets to me every time I watch it.

I've been a lot of summer anime lately, and I'm planning on starting Code Geass soon.

It really is pure unadulterated feels. T_T

I've successfully sustained my attention span through an episode of Attack on Titan! I really, really wish my Crunchyroll account would work on my big TV so that I could watch more emotional anime at home and not have to cry publicly at work. I also heard that they put Rose of Versailles up. *w*

Last movie I saw was The iron Giant. Really nice animation and all... but I expected a bit more from it. Plus, I get a bit tired of robots having feelings for unknown reasons (I still love KOS-MOS... but I tend to find cyborgs like Ziggy more interesting and "realistic" ... basically nowadays, I'm more into humans "turned" into robots than robots becoming humans). The antagonist amused me (until the end where I felt they made him a bit too "villain" like). Kinda reminded me of Ramsus... as the guy who tries hard to pass as a cool/elegant dude and wants recognition but loses it at some point, revealing his true self.

Oh yeah, and I watched the first part of 5 Centimeters per Seconds. My honest opinion ? Gorgeous visuals/backgrounds. Boring story (maybe it speaks to people but the pacing is just so slow). AWFUL chara-designs (the characters' eyes... I can't... I just can't...). The animation seems really good but the problem is that the characters don't move a lot in this oav. I was kinda disappointed and I don't know if I ever will watch the rest.

I finished Code Geass, great show.

Now I'm watching Clannad and Toradora.
